Run away! Go with local vendors! Absolutely the worst service i have ever experienced. They sent us the wrong flowers twice and argued that a color that was hot pink was supposed to be a deep purple. I had to return 3/4 of the flowers that we ordered and I should of returned them all since the ones we kept quickly turned from white to brown while in water with plant food and in 62 degree temp. I was constantly lied to by their staff. They would tell me one thing and then call my wife(fiancee at the time) over and over while she was at work and couldn't answer the phone to try and get her to agree to keep the flowers after i said they were completely wrong, and i don't mean an off shade, COMPLETELY wrong. She was in tears before she was able to leave for the day. We had to find 3 local florist to buy flowers from the day before the wedding and put together over 100 arrangements that same night. To top it all off they are refusing to refund the money because we didn't take a picture of the label and flowers before sent them back overnight. They say right on the front page "To ensure you the highest freshness, only fresh cut flowers are shipped within 24 hours following harvest.", yet they charge you a restocking fee when you return orders that they messed up! There is no way that they carnations i kept were cut with in 24 hours. It is now 11 days since we got them all, the flowers from whole blossoms are brown and dead yet all of the ones from 3 other florists still look great. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

haha... this sounds exactly my story!! i ordered dark purple mini carnations for my wedding and they sent HOT PINK! Not eve close to the correct color. I did get my money back for the carnations, but I am also demanding that they refund me for the other flowers that they sent as some form of compensation for their mistake. The amount of stress it caused for us to scramble around and find flowers 3 days before the wedding was unbelievable.

SERIOUSLY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid with a credit card and am getting my money back through visa. It seemed to be a pretty easy case to win after talking with them. Its currently pending but Wells Fargo has given me the money upfront and they will collect from whole blossoms.

good to hear! maybe I'll try to that approach to get my money back for the other flowers too. wholeblossoms has blocked my email address as of today, so i can no longer email the company. very poor.
