I ordered flowers for a friend whose father had passed away to be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and I assumed they got delivered. Tuesday night (3 in the morning) I got an email saying they couldn't deliver (not sure why since it was to a business) and asking me to select a different day for delivery. I selected Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and again I assumed they got delivered. Having not heard from my friend, which is unusual, I called the company on Thursday morning to see if they got delivered. They hadn't. No one called to tell me there was a problem. The customer service person I spoke to was completely unsympathetic and almost robotic in her responses. She said they would try and redeliver but with no specific information as to timing, etc. I insisted they get delivered that afternoon and that I get notified when they were. I called again on Friday - not having received any update on Thursday despite promises that they would be delivered and I would be notified - and they still were not delivered. I spoke to another customer service representative who promised they'd be delivered by noon. At least they were finally delivered. My friend immediately thanked me and sent me a picture. I was shocked that they were embarrassingly smaller than what was pictured on the website. So not only was the delivery delayed by 3 days and the customer service awful, but the flowers were not even what was depicted on the website. I have never had a problem with any other florist and I use florists pretty regularly. I don't know how this company has stayed in business. I will never use this company again and highly recommend that you do not either.
