Horrible experience and as yet unable to get money back for flowers that were NOT delivered as agreed. I ordered early and scheduled delivery before Valentines day to avoid these issues. Spent hours on the phone with an inept overseas call center, received vague promises and an offer to have someone from the resolution team call me back. I don' t want a call, I want the darn flowers delivered. So- two days later- no call, no response to email and no flowers! No apology, no help, nothing. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
