All my 3 Mother's Day arrangements were less than satisfactory. One of the orders was never delivered. No communication from the florist or Teleflora until 8pm Sunday night, March 12, 2013, that delivery will be made the following day. However, I received a delivery confirmation via email that my order was delivered that afternoon. The arrangement was finally delivered Monday afternoon; however, the arrangement delivered compared to the website was no comparison at all. In other words, it was an arrangement put together from lowest quality and leftover flowers from the day before. Another order was delivered without the balloons. In short, my 5 year old nephew was very upset and disappointed. Third order was different from the website. To say the least, this order was the best of the three. In essence, customer service representatives need improvement on listening skills, and not be robotic and pushy on their customer service skills. Second, ALL arrangements on the company's site is NOT GUARANTEED when delivered. Agreed with other reviews, website is unfriendly. You can't order in sequence because they charge service fee per order. Extras has no details and florist gets to choose - NOT YOU. For example, you have no choice on box of chocolate. Florist will deliver whatever they have available. Our suggestion, order directly from your florist. It's worth paying the extra dollars for better service and product will be delivered exactly as you expected. This is our first experience from Teleflora and the worst ever! Sadly, it's our nephews and nieces that suggested Teleflora.
