“Horrible service”

Ordered flowers 36 hours before expected delivery date. Order was processed online and credit card charged. Paid extra for 'before 1pm delivery'.

Called them in the morning on the day of expected delivery and the agent told me the truck was just leaving the warehouse. Bull***

I called them again at 11pm and they kept me on hold forever before telling me that they could not find a flower shop to deliver my order, so the order would be delivered the next day.

I requested that my order gets cancelled. Still waiting for the cash back, so I will add to this review regarding their return policy.

I ended up googling a tiny local shop in Vancouver BC and my flowers were arranged and delivered in under an hour, and for half the price!

Never again. Stay away.
