“Cancelled My Order”

I ordered flowers for my wife days before and never received a confirmation for my order. I called to check on the status and was guaranteed it was taken care of and there were no problems. Then the night before Valentine's Day, received e-mail saying my order had been cancelled and that I could reorder the flowers but they could not be delivered on Valentine's Day. After discussions with extremely rude service rep, I cancelled my order. NEVER AGAIN!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
