Another poor review to add to the mix. Ordered an arrangement for my grandmother's birthday. I received an email from her the night after birthday saying they'd just arrived. Strike number one. She thanked me for the dozen yellow daisies in the tall clear vase I sent. Strike number two. I had ordered an arrangement in a short pink, round vase, that included white daisies, pink roses and some greenery! How is a dozen yellow daisies even close? Definitely not worth the almost $50 I paid for it. A week later when I have a chance to call to put in a complaint they question why I waited so long. Strike number three. Your business hours and my work hours didn't exactly align, and nowhere does it say there's a time limit on a complaint? I was offered a 60% refund I would see in a couple of business days and was told I would be receiving some sort of apology letter. Two and a half weeks later and no refund! Strike four. I get in touch with their customer service department again and they say that they only offer up to 50% refund, so that must have been a mistake. No, you just messed up so bad I was offered 60%, but I wasn't about to split hairs over $4. Then she proceeded to hmm and haaa over the line and not say much of anything. I said 50%, 60%, I don't care, I should have seen some sort of refund and it's not there and I'd like to know why. Her answer, "the refund has been noted, but it looks like they didn't actually apply it." Strike five. Did they think I would just let it go if they held off long enough? If I don't see the refund within the week I'll be getting a 100% refund when I take it up with VISA. Never using them again....and here I thought this would be an improvement on 1-800-Flowers hahahaha
