After multiple holds, an operator who couldn't find the item and price I was looking at on their website; after having to search online for the address of Oregon's largest hospital while she waited for ME to find it, and finally not being able to get me a confirmation number, she transferred me to customer service, where I got a BUSY SIGNAL! It took another ten minutes of transferred calls and waiting to make sure my card wasn't charged. I'm still nervous that it might be.
Don't waste your time.
