I ordered an arrangement for a funeral of a dear friend. After confirming the address of the church with me on the phone 3 hours earlier as well as the time for delivery, Telefloral called and left me a message 3 hours later claiming they could not validate the address and didn't deliver the flowers. When I called they fund themselves caught in a lie after they told me they spoke to the church but then began back peddling their story.

When I called back later to demand a refund and spoke to a manager the manager himself said "we are just a wire service and not the florist". Well, pretty much most online florists operate that way and if you are charging the same fees as 1-800 or FTD and expect to compete, you best own up to your mistakes. But no one there understands service in the least bit. They care nothing of the pain and loss you may be suffering that has caused you to order flowers to begin with.

This company is the worst I have ever seen in terms of product, delivery and service. You WILL BE DISAPPOINTED and usually at a moment when you have no other choices because it is too late by the time they stab your back.
