This business gives good "old-fashioned" service. After two hours struggling with another online florist who did not have a phone line to sort out problems and who did not answer their emails, I discovered SIMPLYTHANKYOU in Leeds. I was reluctant to order online again and used their 0800 number. I got straight through to a man who could not do enough to help me.
