“Wrong day wrong flowers”

Ordered 12 red roses online for next day delivery. Flowers were meant to arrive on Sunday for my partners birthday. They did not arrive until Monday and when they did they were not red roses they were a mix of other flowers.

I have ordered before for my mum and the flowers were of poor quality, when my mum complained on my behalf they did send out a new bunch.

Having had 2 bad experiences now i will be taking my business elsewhere.
