I ordered flowers for my anniversary from this company. It was next day delivery and ordered with a few extras with it as it was a special anniversary. It got to 19:00 the next day and still no word from my girlfriend from her surprise I had sent to her work place?? as she had not long left on her shift, I had to tell her to wait till 20:00 as that's the last point of delivery and I have ordered something for her. She waited till 20:00 with no sign of any delivery, she wasn't happy to say the least finishing work after an all day shift to no arrival I said id got her. The following day, still no sign?? To make this situation worse the company is impossible to contact via telephone??
it got to Monday now and my girlfriend was asking if I really had ordered her something or if I forgot? I had to show her the e-mail confirmation just to show I had done something and I hadn't forgotten. they turned up in the end on the Monday night from being due on the Friday afternoon in a box with no name on. Upon opening the box, the roses were dead and wilted, no gift card with my message on, and all crushed together that bad the stick that holds the roses together had snapped! I am still apologising now to my girlfriend, she understands but I feel bad as I was spoilt on the correct day, and she got dead crushed and wilted flowers and not even a message?!?!

i ordered flowers for my mum on the 3rd march its now the 7th and still they haven't arrived i demanded a refund and they tried getting out of it by stating they were with yodel and they had a status up saying they couldn't deliver due to severe weather there was nothing wrong with the weather!! still no bad weather and still no flowers hope u got a refund!
