Serenata flowers let me down BADLY today. I wanted to send flowers to my dear friend in Birmingham, to celebrate the end of her chemotherapy. All day, by email, Serenata suggested my flowers were out for delivery. EVENTUALLY, after half-nine, they admitted they were UNDELIVERED, and, when I complained, objected that I could either have a re-send or a refund but not both. Completely unsympathetic (I told them about her cancer) and unhelpful. Avoid, is my advice, frankly. I was really upset--and Serenata couldn't have cared less.
