I ordered a bouquet of flowers on 18/08/14, and paid extra for 'same day' delivery. It was crucial the flowers were delivered that day, but unfortunately they weren't. I tracked the delivery via the website, and the order status was shown as 'Order being made up'. I enquired via email, as Serenta have no telephone number to contact, probably because of the large number of complaints they were having to deal with, as to when they would finally arrive, but didn't receive a reply. Since then, nearly a week later, I have written numerous emails requesting information, and now a full refund and apology, but alas - silence. I am sure Serenta have managed to deliver a number of items on time, and I am sure most customers are reasonably happy with the service provided, but having looked at numerous reviews of this company it would appear that am certainly not the only one who has been on the receiving end of a shockingly low level of customer service, and the biggest problem with this awfully poor company is they cannot be contacted when things do wrong - and they will! They do not deserve a single star.
