My son was going to be away for his girlfriends birthday so I helped him arrange some flowers to say he was sorry he wasn't there but was thinking of her. They didn't turn up and when I complained which can only be done by email I received a response to say they would be delivered but they can't say when!! How can you deal in the florist business which means that the delivery date is the most vital part of your business and then say you can't say when the delivery will take place?! God knows what state these flowers will be in when they do arrive I don't think my son will ever trust my judgement again and who can blame him!
