I received a message stating the order was on hold - As I was making an amendment. - I wasn't. – I had to send several messages to ensure that the flowers were delivered on time for my Wife's Birthday. - When they were delivered, Serenata use 'Yodel'- Although we were in, the driver used 'Ring and Run' tactics. - Rang the bell, left the flowers on the doorstep and then buggered off!- Flowers are for special occasions - the way in which they are delivered to the recipient is part of the experience.- I then got a text and an email from Serenata stating that Yodel had left the flowers securely. - Had the driver actually bothered to hand them to my wife, they could have put that they were actually 'delivered.' - Won't use again. It was not the 'experience' that I wanted for my Wife's Birthday.
