Flowers and a balloon should have been delivered on Monday, to a patient with 4 weeks to live. Seranata accepted my order, have taken my money and have said the hospital would not accept my delivery. They didn't phone me but sent an email telling me to provide an alternative address.
They say there will be no refund, so they have taken my money without a delivery.
Does anyone know what I can do? They are not responding to my emails now.

I now have to eat my words, and say thank you! I DO always want to be fair but when things go wrong and you are left perplexed, what do you do?
I would now like to say that SERANATA flowers have totally resolved my problem and the flowers have now been successfully delivered to the patient.
I am sure they are lovely but I don't know yet!
