Flowers and a balloon should have been delivered on Monday, to a patient with 4 weeks to live. Seranata accepted my order, have taken my money and have said the hospital would not accept my delivery. They didn't phone me but sent an email telling me to provide an alternative address.
They say there will be no refund, so they have taken my money without a delivery.
Does anyone know what I can do? They are not responding to my emails now.
