Ordered flowers for my mum's birthday on Thursday for before noon on Friday delivery which i paid extra for. No delivery. Emailed customer service who said they would refund and deliver Monday. Still no flowers And no apology. Emailed and had an apology and confirmation that refund was being processed. No flowers.
Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering! Lets just hope i get refund!
