I ordered valentines roses and submitted my order. I am on a budget but found an arrangement I could afford. Within minutes of ordering I discovered I had a voucher, so I went in, chose a more expensive arrangement and asked them to cancel the original order. You can only do this on line not over the phone so was at the mercy of them getting back to me. This was two days before valentines day. It was not until my partner (in the UK and me in Australia)called to say she had received TWO boxes with TWO cards and was a bit confused. If I had of had that kind of money to spend I would have bought something a lot nicer and felt very embarrassed and found it difficult to explain why she received two orders.
I brought it to the attention to the customer service and reminded them of their customer satisfaction guarantee and they have refused me a refund on one of the arrangements even though they had plenty of time to cancel the first order. I should have known better as last year I ordered a pink and red rose bouquet and in the picture they were all mixed together - but when my partner got them they looked like they had been bought from the local petrol station. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!
