I would give it zero stars if I could. I ordered flowers to be delivered Christmas Eve. I emailed them to see if I could add chocolates because the site wouldn't let me. I must have missed some previous email but I get an email today, Christmas Eve, telling me that they have cancelled my complete order because I never confirmed if I wanted to add the chocolates. Why you would cancel a complete order on Christmas Eve without a phone call for something like that is horrible service not to mention ruined something special for me.
