Flowers tracked using information given, loaded onto van at 08.01 for delivery to recipient. Flowers arrived at 12.16pm some 4+hours later with no reason given for the delay. Unable to contact Customer Services by telephone (which is not really suprising) given such poor levels of service, email received blaming courier service which is beyond Serenata Flowers control?? Will not be using this company again.
