“Awful customer service”

I ordered flowers 48 hours ahead of the required delivery date. The flowers turned up 48 hours late. Seranata replied to my complaint by saying that as I had chosen Royal Mail first class delivery it was nothing to do with them. Sorry, but even Royal Mail get first class deliveries there in 48 hours! No apology, just an electronic shrug and 'read your terms and conditions, love.' The flowers had not been packed with any water and so were wilted by the time they arrived, and only lasted a few days.
Stick to courier services who really are interested in 'service'!
