With the first order in August 2016 the delivery was just fine. Then ordering again in September 2016 the first requested date was not made. I got a friendly e-mail with apologies and a voucher of 40% off at next order but it was a voucher with no numbers, so you had to call them in order to get 40% off, which is ridicules. So I went on with ordering in December 2016 and requested delivery at the 27th got a mail on the 27 they couldn't make it, and it would be the 28th. On the 28 I got a mail it would be the 29th.
Now as it occurs from the 29th the recipient wasn't able to be at that address for a while during holiday.
Also wasn't willing to receive flowers from them in the near future as Readyflowers didn't deliver on two occasions at right time.
Giving your money back is the least that Readyflowers could do, but even this was not in there vocabulary.
A real disgrace. if they are still willing to give my money back I will consider the possibility to review my review.
