Delivery obviously not attempted on day requested by Royal Mail as office fully staffed all day. Emailed to say an attempt would be made next working day only to be emailed again to advice me to pick up from my collection point (which is not an option I picked as it's 25 miles away). Tried to get Prestige to contact Royal Mail to re organise delivery but was told I had to do it myself as "it's beyond our control" Flowers now rotting in some Royal Mail office. This is Royal Mail's fault but Prestige seems to be washing their hands of it. £60 down the drain.

I recommend Prestige Flowers as they always, reliably deliver beautiful flowers. There is a good choice at a reasonable cost. I suscribe to free delivery as I send many bouquets to my Mum. Thank you!

Absolutely the best flower site I've came across randomly while searching. I had a few other orders from different flower sites BUT NOTHING, and I'll repeat myself, no other places come close to this amazing shop. Prestige Flowers is my number one go-to for flowers!! My girlfriend and I are currently on a long distance relationship and I am hugely in debt to Prestige Flowers for always delivering the best quality flowers at such an amazing price point. Value for money is 10/10 and flowers that my beautiful girlfriend receives... is also looking gorgeous. The flower choices make me feel spoilt for choice each time I order some! I wished I had found Prestige Flowers sooner :) I love how easy it is to purchase and set a date for delivery too, hassle-free. I also find the delivery subscription that gives me unlimited free deliveries - the greatest idea ever. I have saved more with this subscription as I enjoy sending flowers to my girlfriend. Thank you Prestige Flowers for always delivering the top quality flowers!!

Purchased flowers for anniversary and paid for delivery £5.99 for Saturday and they give you these options. Absolutely disgusted the flowers don’t come on time and came Sunday morning! Occasion had gone and family had left party. The flowers that did arrive on Sunday are a nasty quality the roses had looked like they was on the way out some flowers dirty have taken pictures and will be disputing as good are not as described and pictures Mis advertisement Spoke to the company to give them a chance to resolve and was advised thier is no guarantee for the delivery date… mis advertisement for allowing you to select the date and PAYING EXTRA! Was adviced to go to my card dispute team via bank and raise a complain and nothing they can do. Avoid at all cost thier prices and delivery date option are a Lie!!! I have added pictures of dead lifeless roses they have sent . Very disappointed

Prestige Flowers, an Absolutely shameful company !! Received a bouquet costing £45.00 from my daughter for my birthday. She paid extra to receive on a Sunday, yet they arrived on Saturday when we were all out at work ! The delivery person left them in my bin ! When I opened the box, the rose petals had started to blacken on the ends, so already starting to Die ! The photo advertised a beautiful big bouquet of roses and Lilys with beautiful foliage, what we received was absolutely appalling, 6 roses, one lily, and one piece of greenery, not even worth £10 in my eyes. Called the customer service line to complain, told us that because the petals arnt falling off we wernt eligible for any sort of refund ? My daughter even sent plenty of photos showing the condition of the flowers and that they did not in any way match what they advertised for sale. I will never ever use this company and will tell others to avoid at all costs. Reported them to trading standards, who gave me a serial number to quote to my bank to request for a full refund on my behalf. Please… if you’ve been victim to this company - report them to trading standards, otherwise they will continue to rip people off ! ..

when I browsed at the flowers I found their was plenty of choice and I would certainly recommend Prestige flowers to Family and Friends. Because I live so far away from my parents it was pleasing to find a florist in Kirkby and it is a delivery service which I needed with not been able to deliver them myself

I live in Spain, and getting gifts to family and friends is really difficult. This company offer an easy to use website with competitive prices and a brilliant service! Il be using them again in the future for sure!

Ordered sympathy flowers for my mum. 3 sizes to choose from so went for the middle range thinking a lovely plush bunch, oh no!!!!! What is advertised on their web site is certainly NOT what you receive. When you contact their customer service they say it reaches their service standards, offer a £10 credit, what an insult as why would I ever use them again. I have shown 2 independent florists who say I have certainly not got what was advertised on their website or my monies worth! Their customer services do not care and use scripted responses as virtually all their responses to me are the same, so they are not reading or listening to your complaint at all, they have your money and do not care, that’s it!! They certainly do not live up to their name or service of “Prestige”. Stick with supermarket flowers certainly better value for money.

Ordered Valentine flowers for my wife on 11th Feb. Still not arrived. Useless customer services repeatedly refer to terms and conditions not guaranteeing delivery date. What value do Valentine flowers have if they arrive nearly a week late....not that I expect them to arrive as Royal Mail cannot offer tracking info. Prestige Flowers are today offering to refund my delivery charges! I wish I had read the reviews here and on Trustpilot, many of which appear to have the same worrying issues.

Terrible service, flowers arrived a day late even after paying extra for recorded delivery. The tracking system via Royal Mail didn’t work. I tried to call prestige customer services only to be told the offices are closed. When the flowers finally arrived they were damaged. I asked for a refund via email and they didn’t have the decency to contact me back. Shocking experience! Do not buy flowers from here!!

I ordered flowers for my stepmother's birthday. Obviously her birthday is only one day per year, so it is important they arrive on that day. The Prestige Flowers website says 'Next Day Delivery', and when you checkout you choose the day you would like flowers to be delivered. What it should say is 'Next Day Delivery, But if you check our T&C's, this might not happen but that is OK with us, and there is nothing you can do about it. The flowers did not arrive Next day, but that is down to Royal Mail. What bothered me is the attitude in Customer Service at Prestige Flowers, who could not care less. Royal Mail offer a guaranteed Next day service, but Prestige choose not to do that, they choose the possibly next day service, and if Royal Mail deliver in 48 hours instead of 24, then Prestige is happy with that. The flowers arrived after 48 hours, and after so long in transit, not only were they late, they were wilted and brown. I reported this day after delivery, but they simply referred to T&C's and ignored my complaint. I reported again on the 3rd day, again they denied anything was wrong. On the 4th day I said again that the flowers were brown and wilted, and the response was that it is too late to complain now as it is more than 3 days after delivery. The service is scandalous. I reported one day after delivery, but they ignore you for a few days until they make sure it is too late. I care less about the money paid to them than I care about missing my stepmother's birthday, and then disappointing further with substandard flowers, and all I have asked for is an apology, but they will not apologise for the let down and disappointment. They offered me £10 off my next order, but there will be no next order.

I would give zero stars if I could. Worst company and experience ever. - I ordered a bouquet of roses and lilies for £25.49 with £5.99 shipping. So a total of over £30. And this was supposed to be a medium bouquet with a discount applied to it, marketed as a good deal to get it for £25.49 - It arrived a day late. The day after the day I selected. Therefore missed my Mum's birthday - When it arrived it looked like a £5 bouquet from Tescos. Small, tiny lilies, tiny roses and sparse greenery. It was a joke - I emailed to complain that it arrived a day late and got replies from what seemed to be automated bots - I arranged the crappy flowers in a vase and assumed they might look better when the lilies opened. However, THEY DID NOT OPEN. They were such bad quality that the buds stayed closed and then died - I emailed customer service to complain and they said they'd give me £10 off my next order. Not good enough, why would I want to give them any of my money again? So I responded back and forth with someone who didn't appreciate or seem to understand the fact that the flowers literally died unopened. They then offered me £5 off my next order. LESS than the original offer?!?!?! I said no and that I expect a full refund. They then said that because I didn't email to complain within 3 days, which is their policy, I wasn't due any compensation. I did email within 3 days, to complain they were late. I didn't email within 3 days to say that the buds didn't open because HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOWN THEY WOULDN'T OPEN?!?!?!? The lack of care or customer service is WILD On their website it says '100% customer satisfaction'. I can assure you its NOT. Overpriced, poor delivery, bad quality flowers and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Over £30 for dead flowers delivered late. I wish I could upload an image for you to see. Don't order from here.

I've used Prestige Flowers previously and found they have a very slick website, simple, quick and easy to use and fantastic flowers too. Will (and do) certainly recommend Prestige to all I know

I have used Prestige for many years and occasions to send flowers. Always beautiful blooms, delivered on time in good condition. Good prices with a varied choice of colours and varieties of flowers. Excellent service and quality every time.

Please don't waste your money. Goods delivered nothing like the picture on their website. £40 for a delivery of 8 roses and a few freesias with half a dozen green leaf stems.
