Flowers ordered by daughter in USA. Delivered on Saturday while we were not at home. PO closed on Sunday, so phoned Monday for re-delivery. Told package (not yet aware it was flowers) was still in transit and to phone back the next day. Had my sister's funeral the next day, so phoned the following day to request re-delivery. Told delivery not available until the next day. Flowers arrived the next day...dead, as you might expect. Have requested a full refund but have not yet heard back... (read more)

Prestige Flowers have a very slick looking website showing a wide variety of bouquets and products. The bouquets look very appealing and the prices look reasonable, especially when there are offers on the majority of bouquets. They took an order to deliver flowers last bank holiday Monday, but when we got home on the Sunday found they'd been left in the Royal Mail Sorting Office 36hrs previously,which was shut until Tuesday. We eventually got them, dead, on the Wednesday. When I rang to ask for a refund I was told the small print on the website says they don't deliver on Bank Holidays. Terrible service. Flowers for a funeral were not delivered. When I found out (through my cousin, Prestige sent no word of a delay) I sent an email to ask where the flowers were. The response was "I'm sorry you feel your flowers weren't delivered". There were no feelings about it! They weren't bloody delivered!
