not on,y did the flowers arrive in less than perfect condition, as they were to a friend in a care home, i wasn't aware until i visited a few days later, when they were almost dead. I purchased 12 LUXURY roses for Valentine's day and spent a hefty price. When I received these flowers, they were black and looked dead. I read the care package which stated the black petals were a "special trait" that they look for in roses. Seemed strange, but I shrugged it off and took of the "guard petals" they said I needed to remove. I assumed the flowers would bloom and they would look different. I ordered a bouquet of luxury roses for my wife for Valentine’s day, which I simply did not receive. Instead of this I received some dull looking, skinny and already starting to go off “roses”. It is simply not what I ordered. I emailed them the photos, clearly showing this. My boyfriend sent me flowers for Valentine's Day. They were dead within three days. Customer service advised that as they were not "damaged in transit", that they would not send a replacement bouquet, but would give me a £5 voucher. I wrote back and made the point that I would be mortified if I sent flowers and they were dead after three days and it was frankly shocking service. "I'm sorry you feel this way" was their response. “Don't waste your time with them”

The flowers were delivered the day before Valentine's day. This was after I contacted them about receiving a delivery notification from Royal Mail that the flowers were scheduled to be delivered on the 13th. They ensured me that they would be delivered on the 14th (which would have meant they were packed and awaiting delivery very early and wouldn't be fresh), but alas. Ordered 24 roses for my wife for Valentine's. Delivered on time but that's where the good news ends. Almost each one was wilted, mouldy, insect bitten and/or black and the surrounding foliage was equally horrendous. Binned the following day. Emailed Prestige to express my dissatisfaction and received an automated response. I'm still waiting for a human reply. Absolutely abysmal customer service from Prestige Flowers. A friend of mine who lives in Australia ordered flowers to be delivered to me on my birthday. They arrived 2 days late, only after me having to ring the delivery company to try and find out their whereabouts. Flowers and Chocolates ordered for Daughter in Laws 40th Birthday. Company failed to deliver on correct day or following day. Claimed could not gain access. No attempt to leave with Neighbour or in a safe place. No failed delivery card left. offered to refund delivery charge only. Ordered a single rose with a lovely wooden vase for valentines - the rose turned up but no vase so we had to stick it in an empty drinks bottle! Why send out a product that is not complete? Tried getting hold of them but no answer on phone and no response on email for over 24 hours. They eventually offered me £5.99 off which is not good enough. Now they won't respond to emails!
