I ordered a 100 rose bouquet for my nan's 96th birthday this june. Although the website was easy to use and the order was delivered on time, what i had ordered was not what was received, to top it off it was dead within 3-4 days. What I bought (and paid for) is this case was not what i got. Customer services then, almost one month later replied and offered a voucher stating that you have to send photos within 48hours (which was done and ignored). They also stated that i had sent only 1 complaint email on the 23rd June, which is incorrect and completely ignored all of the dates that i actually sent complaint emails.
Personally, I would not order with Prestige again and the after service is utterly shocking!!!
