My boyfriend sent me flowers for Valentine's Day. They were dead within three days. Customer service advised that as they were not "damaged in transit", that they would not send a replacement bouquet, but would give me a £5 voucher. I wrote back and made the point that I would be mortified if I sent flowers and they were dead after three days and it was frankly shocking service. "I'm sorry you feel this way" was their response. An unappealing combination of poor quality flowers and dreadful customer service. Do not use.
