First lot of flowers were left outside the door of the recipient even though I had called a couple of days prior to the delivery date to change it... Second lot delivered correctly but I could have selected a far better bouquet from my local supermarket. I rang to complain, sent in photos of what was delivered and was assured that on consulting with the florist manager what had been delivered was correct. I previously ordered a bouquet which was delivered overseas, I can only hope that it was ok. Not impressed at all. Will not be ordering from here again.
