Shocking Service

I would not recommend this Company. PRESTIGE FLOWERS

The first flowers that were ordered they emailed us and said they couldn't do due to no florist in that area, London?
Offered an upgrade and upgraded delivery, BUT Sent them by royal mail. These where for a bereavement and now they are sat at a post office 5 days later waiting to be collected.

Asked for full refund.

I am very sorry but unfortunately we have not been able to prepare your order as the florists we have in the delivery area cannot make the delivery in time. We would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause yourself.

Not to worry, we can send a similar bouquet arrangement out for delivery asap with our premium courier delivery service, and upgrade the bouquet free of charge. Normal delivery terms apply.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or upset caused. Kindly let us know if you would like us to send a bouquet arrangement to the same or to another address and I will arrange this for you right away.
