Ordered an expensive bunch of flowers for delivery on Valentine's day. Arrived the day before - ruining the occasion. The flowers themselves were small and decidedly old looking nothing like the web site's version. Foliage was battered and the whole impression was of a tired and dejected attempt at a floral arrangement. Sadly, had I bothered to read online reviews, I would have seen this was not an unusual situation, clearly other customers have had similar experiences. I will be contacting my credit card company to request a full refund.

Had the same issue with my delivery and flowers and in the process of obtaining a refund. If you go to ceo email addresses and click on prestige flowers Managing director it will give an email address. Quote Consumer rights act. Also, ASA have reviewed company and you could ask them to review.
