They will not deliver, they will not refund and there are thousands of people out there in exactly the same situation. They hide their 'crimes' behind pretty web-sites and falsified 'reviews' by disreputable companies such as Trustpilot and Reviews.co.uk. If the gifts/flowers you are sending have any kind of meaning to you or your loved ones then avoid these conmen. Do they realise the pain and disappointment they create for people?
