I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered flowers, balloon, cake and chocolates for my mothers 80th birthday. These items were ordered on the 18th Aug for an Aug 30th delivery. DID NOT ARRIVE. When I contacted them they said that they can not guarantee next day delivery. I told them ordering 12 days in advance does not come under next day delivery. They delivered the items TWO days later MINUS the cake. All they offered me was a refund of the cake. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There are much better florists out there. My first and last time using Prestige Flowers.
