If you want a guarantee that your flowers will be delivered on the day requested avoid this website. You could be lucky, but then again you might not, you pay extra to have your item tracked, and they imply on the website that this will ensure delivery on the day. Unfortunately this is not the case as they use Royal Mail.Stick to the high street florists and support your local community. I will in future totally ruined what should have been a special day for my mother's 80th birthday.
