I looked at reviews online to find a trustworthy company to deliver flowers next day, on a Monday. This did not happen, delivery information was not updated and no delivery was made. Apparently I should have read the T&C that deliveries to Scotland/via courier may take another day. Well why not simply say so instead of trumpeting next day delivery on the website.
