I ordered flowers for my Aunts funeral, I then heard from the family that there were no flowers from my family. I was really upset as my Aunt was very dear to me. I emailed the company asking for an apology and full refund, three days on I have had no reply and reading a few reviews which I wish I had looked at before ordering, expect not to hear from them. If you want to order flowers for an Important occasion I would suggest you order from another company.
