I have found your website easy to navigate and well thought out. My only difficulty was that because I was this time sending sympathy flowers I didn't want chocolates to be sent along with the flowers as I didn't feel this was appropriate. It could be an idea to have an easy choice whether to accept or decline the chocolates in all instances because I didn't know how to select the flowers without the chocolates. Just a thought for you.
I found there was a good selection of flowers too, so overall very pleased.
