I made an order 4 days prior to the delivery date. Birthday flowers that were meant to be delivered in the morning.
The flowers don't arrive on delivery date.
After contacting support, Im told:
All orders are automatically FORCED for next day delivery, even though you place your order WELL in time.
Since our policy is we cannot guarantee that every next day delivery will get there on time, we cannot cancel your order or give you a refund, (nor can they deliver on time)
So even if you place your order 2weeks in time, 1 weeks or the day before, it all makes no difference.
And no guarantee if your flowers get there in time or not.
So as for what the website stats, 100% Satisfaction guarantee, NOT TRUE
Would urge you to find a different flower shop, that does guarantee your delivery when placed well in time.

Now going through other reviews, i can see i should have maybe looked at the reviews before i placed the order :(
would have known better not to order then
