“Poor quality ”

My sister in USA ordered me a bouquet for my birthday to be delivered here in the uk.

The flowers turned up and we're already dry and wilted. The quality was anything but prestige.
I did everything possible to revive them but they began to drop petals two days later and ended up in the bin!

Customer service was awful very unhelpful! I made four phone calls and send 3 emails including photos and I was told 'they look fine to us!!!'

Buy from somewhere else!!!
