This company will take you order happily, if there are any delivery issues they will not credit.
They also sent the incorrect size bouquet
As they are an internet company no one calls you, you have to chase them. They only have to respond to emails which can take as long as they want to
The delivery company works to different terms to Prestige(Yodel).
The quality of the flowers after the late delivery was not good.
The customer service is shocking, completely unacceptable
I would not recommend this company
