The bouquet I ordered (hand tied rose and lilliy) looked nothing like advertised on the website. I saw it by chance only and was deeply embarrassed that the flowers were from me - the flower heads were very small, it was not enough flowers to look like a proper bouquet and it was filled with bits of grass to create some volume. When I complained I was refunded only £5 - the difference between standard size, which was delivered and the large, which I ordered. The fact that the bouquet looked like 1/2 of £4 bunch of Tesco flowers was totally ignored. Keep away from this site - they flowers look great only on pictures!!!
