I tried to use the website on my phone today and it didn't work. I kept clicking on pay now button and it wouldn't let me. I emailed your technical support and got no reply. I was finally able to complete my order this evening.
I liked the look of the flowers - very much (a blue bucket with crimson pink roses in it). It looks stunning. I like that free chocolates come with it. I dislike that the Order took so long to be achieved. I also had to ring my bank and do the whole "wait in a queue" thing, because I had to check whether it was ok to give a website my internet banking password. (Apparently it is ok).So - this all seems fiddly to me. I like that you can add gifts to the order. I hope the Order is delivered without drama as my sister has just been through a sad ordeal. Overall, how wonderful it is that we can send flowers to another country - that is great! Many thanks.
