An appalling experience with prestige flowers. They failed to deliver to the location required. The flowers were sent to the wrong area of the country by mistake that meant that the delivery date was missed. The company would not accept responsibility for the mistake, hid behind Terms and Conditions that related to issues with traffic that may impact delivery "remote delivery locations" and the use of 3rd party agents to deliver orders(Yodel). Despite it being pointed out that the flowers had been sent to incorrectly to Bristol on the day of delivery, I received bland platitudes of apology and a reference to the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. HA!
Do not use this company at all.
