Twice failed delivery. Claimed unable to access a public building that was open 24/7. Requested phone contact never happened.

On the previous poor result - promised replacement delivery did not happen until after several telephone reminders.

Will not be using Prestige flowers again.

Wasted my time and money. Not holding my breath waiting for a reply.
