Terrible service!

I ordered flowers for my mother in law a 'standard' bouquet for next day delivery at a cost of £27.40 plus £5.80 delivery charge.
The flowers didn't arrive next day but were delivered the day after next and left in her porch. She sent me a picture of them and I was most disappointed to see the flowers looked nothing like the picture on the web site. The flowers I ordered were bright yellows and very cheerful but all she got was a few lilies, a few pink roses and a bit of greenery thrown in for good measure! I have now sent numerous emails complaining about the delivery and the quality of the flowers and the customer service is just as terrible.
I will never use this company again in fact I would highly recommend you go to your nearest supermarket and buy a nice bouquet from there instead because to be honest I could have gotten nicer for less than half the price.
