ORDER NOT DELIVERED (THAT WAS OVER A WEEK AGO) NO-ONE RESPONDED TO EMAILS OR PICKED UP PHONE...NUMBER IS PREMIUM RATE AND YOU WILL BE LEFT ON HOLD (BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM NOW FOR 7 DAYS). CONTACTED TRADING STANDARDS OFFICER, WHO SAID THE ADDRESS IS FRAUDULENT AND THAT THEY ARE NO LONGER OPERATING AND REFERRED ME TO CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU. I AM REPORTING THEM TO CREDIT CARD CO. AS CROOKS AND HOPE TO GET MY MONEY BACK, WHICH I ASSUME THEY HAVE HELPED THEMSELVES TO!
NICE BUNCH OF GUYS! I SHOULD'VE DONE MY RESEARCH BETTER AS HAVE SINCE DISCOVERED PLENTY OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT NON-DELIVERY. ABYSMAL....DO I REALLY HAVE TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR!
OH....AND BY THE WAY, THE LIVE HELP DID ANSWER AFTER 24 HOURS, PROMISED HELP TO TRACE MY ORDER, THEN COMPLETELY IGNORED ME!

But the worrying thing is that it seems that they are still taking people's money, despite you being told they are no longer trading. They are still putting fake reviews on here and on Facebook. Surely Trading Standards should be doing something about this?
