Just a quick review of my experience with prestige flowers;
Basically, I ordered some flowers for my wife for her birthday but for some reason the delivery date was wrong. After I noticed I decided to call prestige flowers directly and spoke to an amazing member of staff (didn't catch her name but it was at about 0920 am Monday morning). I explained the situation and she sorted me out with an amended delivery date (today). Fantastic customer service, deserves a pat on the back and more! Flowers were great too, but the fact that they go the extra mile is key to great customer service!
