I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, choosing this company for the prominence they give to " next day delivery". The flowers had not arrived after 3 days. Too late as my daughter had now gone on holiday. They did not accept any fault or agree to any cancellation, refund or credit note. A truly terrible lack of service. The manager I was referred to did not Ben reply to my email.
They should not be trusted!
