We ordered flowers for a special occassion. The delivery company did not deliver them. Prestige flowers take NO responsibilty and will only refund DELIVERY costs AFTER 4 weeks...Customer service is terrible..no contact numbers to call...have wasted £40..already.
They say it is all in their terms and conditions...so basically if you order flowers and they are not delivered you first have to wait 3 days (in their terms and conditions) Then when you still do not get them they say they cannot refund you for the goods as they are perishable???
