I ordered a bouquet and balloon for my husband birthday , it was never delivered to him , I paid around 40£ , sent them More than 4 emails regarding the delivery of these things and never received any response except the Automated email saying our team member will Respond u in a short time , I would advise not to use this company for any occasion , I was away from UK on my hubby birthday and wanted to surprise him but couldn't just bcoz of them ! I will never use this website again and won't even recommend to my enemy , I am very hurt and they have really hurt my emotions , Irresponsible.

Paid over forty pounds for a bouquet and balloon to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday. She never received them and I have had no response from this company at all.

On Jan 2nd 2016 I ordered flowers 60th balloons and prossecco to be delivered to my sister for her milestone birthday. They were never delivered and I have had no luck contacting the company by email. As I am in Australia asked my niece to contact them on my behalf from the UK. She tried phoning without luck and was directed to the website to email. She like me had the initial auto response and then nothing. As I paid via PayPal I have put it to dispute with them. Most disappointed as my sister didn't get her surprise on the day. I eventually re ordered through Interflora who delivered the same day without any hitch. They emailed to confirm delivery and were very professional. Be warned this company is not reputable and a sham. Do not use them. Hoping I get my money back!

Ordered flowers and a balloon on 04/12/15 for my mums 70th birthday to be delivered on 24/12/15. 24th December came 6pm NO FLOWERS! got in contact with them by using there online contact form, I had an auto reply but nothing more! did some research and they are a dissolved company that are still taking money. I paid using my debit card and had to go through my bank to get if back and luckily enough it was successful! do not use this company!

I ordered birthday flowers & balloon for my daughters 50th birthday 29th Dec. 2015 the payment was taken out of my account on the 24th Dec.2015 the flowers & balloon was NOT delivered. I have sent many e.mails requesting the money to be put back into my bank account straight away. The balance was £39.23. I have had no response, this shows very poor business & i will not recommend this site to anyone, they will be disappointed & angry to have their money taken in this way, with no explanation or response. I am a first time customer and ordered some flowers with a glass vase for my mum for her birthday. I put in the order on the 1st December to be delivered for the 7th December. I paid for the order and the delivery charge. My mum never received the order. She even looked all around outside just in case she hadn't heard them knock and they were left in the garden. My sister told me that the flowers hadn't arrived that day. I left it one more day to see if they would arrive but never did. What really upsets me is that I have emailed the company several times and only received 2 standard emails saying that they had received my emails and someone will be in touch soon. I am still waiting even though payment has been taken for the flowers, the glass vase and the delivery. As I said in one of my emails all I want is for acknowledgement that there was a problem and an apology to my mum with her flowers as i feel that i had let her down by her not receiving her flowers for her Birthday. I will not be using this company again and I certainly would not recommend this company especially if you do have a problem and you can't get anyone to help solve it even though your money has been taken All I want now is my money that i have already paid back!!!

I order flowers for my sister they were supposed to arrive Saturday by Sunday evening I still haven't heard anything so I had to ask my sister if she had received them , which completely ruined her surprise she said no she hadn't , I contacted them by email it's now Tuesday and I still haven't heard anything I have now gone to a claim with PayPal it's ridiculous

Bought the Princess bouquet for my girlfriend,, she loved them and lasted a good ten days. Price was ok and delivered about noon which was good. Much cheaper than others and happy with purchase overall

I ordered flowers, a helium balloon and a bottle of presecco for a 40th birthday present. I ordered almost a month in advance and asked for a specific delivery date. My account was debited within the hour and I got a confirmation email with an invoice. On the day I find out my order has not been delivered, I call them several times over the next few weeks holding on for over an hour and I can't get through to anyone. I send messages online and send several emails yet no reply. This company take your money and don't deliver! I'm now in the process of trying to get my money back.

I ordered a bunch of flowers to be sent to my Aunt to brighten up her day as she has had a rotten time recently. A week or so after the arranged delivery date I found out quite by chance that she had not recieved the flowers. I went back to the website to find that the only way of contacting them was via email so I sent them a message asking them to look into it and let me know their findings. Shortly after sending the email I received an automated reply stating that they were looking into it and would be in touch shortly. That was the last I heard from them despite emailing them on another two occasions. Eventuallyafter approx two weeks I contacted PayPal as that was the method I used to pay for the flowers and I opened up a claim. Despite PayPal trying to contact them to resolve the matter no reply was forthcomming. PayPal set a ten day deadline for a response from Order Flowers but they failed to do so. PayPal refunded me for the goods on the eleventh day which was great but it definately put me off ever using Order Flowers again so beware if you intend to use them and always check that the recipient got them.

I ordered flowers online for my wife's 50th birthday. Despite the website looking professional and the email acknowledgment came through promptly the flowers never got delivered. The transaction amount was debited from my visa account and so now I'm attempting to get a refund. This firm is impossible to contact via email or telephone and so I have still never managed to contact them. Avoid at all costs.

This company was dissolved in February 2015 evidence for all to see on Companies House website, yet their website is still accepting orders and taking money for flowers that will never be delivered!? I have reported them to action fraud, Watchdog, the police and trading standards

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a helium balloon for my mothers 60th birthday. My credit card was charged but neither were delivered. I have since emailed and attempted to phone but only get a message saying all lines are busy. No one has responded to my emails and the money has not been refunded on credit card. I am absolutely disgusted.

I don't usually leave reviews as a rule of thumb, and in the rare instances that I do they tend to be to have a moan at poor service. So in the interest of balance I thought it only fair to leave a review for a good service that I received when sending flowers through this company. Being an ex pat living in Romania I am forced to use internet florists for sending flowers to family and friends back home and have had a load of problems with FTD. Google brought me across order flowers and ordering was really easy, the website was well laid out, with not too many different options. Filling in the card and delivery address was quick and the whole thing took just a couple of minutes. It also showed me the prices in Euro's which was good and I got free delivery (delivery has cost me over £10 before from interflora!). This is all well and good but what about the flowers? They were really really nice, have seen a picture on facebook and they are similar to the photo, arranged a little differently but overall I'm more than happy. Delivery took place nice and early in the day too (about 9:30am UK time) even though I didn't pay any extra for morning delivery. I've bookmarked the site and I will use again, this is how buying flowers should be, simple & straightforward!

Very easy to order online, the choice of bouquets were amazing and the prices were really great. Wish more companies offered free delivery here in the US as the delivery and service charges can cost as much as the flowers, but here it was free and delivered on time to my friend in London who was over the moon with their flowers. I've seen a picture and whilst slightly different to the bouquet on the website it looks very nice and amazing value for money.
