Ordered a pretty lilac flower selection for my mother-in-law for her 80th birthday. They looked NOTHING like the picture, not even the same colour or flower choice!! I emailed my complaint to Next but was told nothing was amiss & they had delivered to my order. I then rang & asked to speak to a manager, they told me they had spoken to their supplier & they were the right bouquet. I then sent them a photo & a copy of my order - ONLY then did they believe my complaint, apologised for the excuse of a bouquet that was sent and refunded my money. I am still angry that they upset my mother-in-law's special day and didn't believe my complaint! Shameful customer service - Interflora from now on ...
